Angels favorites in Champagne
Anne Claire loves the super charming hamlet of Hautvillers, the birthplace of Dom Perignon, the monk who « invented » Champagne and seating down at a winemaker’s dining table to share a Champagne meal. Fanny loves that a lot of the Champagne pioneers and visionaries were women and she loves reflecting on this, a glass in her hand, in a Champagne lounge up the trees in the middle of a forest.
